Ornament #1

This is one of ornaments I personalized.

The Mickey shape is very popular. I do a lot of these.

This was a gift for one of our store managers. She transferred to another shop.

So I did go a little over the top on this one.

I wrote a "From your friends" note on the back.

It's a living

This is me at work.
Thank you "Disney Dan" for taking the photo and e-mailing me a copy.
I'm a personalization artist. I write names on Christmas ornaments (and other items) for a living.
No, seriously, it really is my job

My Stamp Collection

The following photos are stamps that I have carved over the past few years.

To my letterboxing friends: Only one is a spoiler. Two were carved as gifts to non-boxers. Three are missing. And eight are hitchhikers

As I Live & Breathe

I finally posted some L&B photos
I posted most of them one at a time. I'm still getting the hang of this. And the thumb nails are hard to see too
I also tried to use photos that are not on the official CD

Ok...I know this is on the CD
But it has got to be my favorite photo from the whole weekend.
Kinda sums it up in a twisted sort of way

Dirt Fish

I can't remember who this boxer is. Or where this box was (at Camp Adams)...but she found a dirt fish too

Crazy about Quilting

I love to crazy quilt.
I made this as a wedding gift for my oldest niece, Danielle.
I'm sorry that I don't have photos of the details.
It has a lot of embroidery. And I added photos

More Stone Mountain

The lake at the base of the mountain

The "quarry hike"
And a beautiful covered bridge adds to the charm
of the area

Letterboxing--Stone Mountain, GA

Most of my friends and family know about my letterboxing hobby.
It's the world's oldest and largest treasure hunt.
We follow clues to find hidden waterproof containers that hold a rubber stamp and a log book.
I stamp the hidden stamp in my own log book. Then I stamp my own "signature stamp" in the hidden log book. The letterbox is replaced in its hiding spot for the next finder.
Letterboxing can lead you to some beautiful areas. We also use trail names. I'm Sits N Knits. In this photo, I'm here stamping in with Southern Oracle, with Bucks Bunny looking on.
